Answer
Please provide the following information when creating a LiquidSecurity Support case:
 
  1. Serial Number of the LiquidSecurity Adapter or Appliance.
  2. Firmware version on the Adapter or Appliance.
  3. Is this a new or existing configuration?
  4. Description of the issues including any error messages.
  5. Networking diagram (if possible).
  6. Master Audit Logs (if possible):
    1. From the web interface under Admin VM, choose "Audit Master Logs".
  7. Admin VM Logs (if possible):
    1. From the web interface under Admin VM, choose "Admin VM Logs".
    2. Select all available logs (partitions, admin, host, old_logs, and middleware).
    3. Partition Audit Logs (if possible):
      1. From the web interface, right-click the "partition" and choose "Audit Logs".
      2. Start logging, Recreate the issue, and Download the log files.
